Location

This stunning property is a new build located on the ocean block 82nd Street in Ocean City. Nestled between the excitement of the boardwalk and the skyline of high-rise condos, Ocean 82 is located in a highly desirable area of town.

While Ocean City practically has unlimited dining options, this home is centrally located to some of the best spots in town!

For privacy, all windows and doors are dressed with Amazon-famous drapes or shades.

The interior design for this home was created with a neutral color palette in mind. The primary colors are light coastal blue, sandy beige, and crisp white. You’ll find accent colors used throughout each room that complement the decor and the Benjamin Moore Paper White walls.

The living room has a mix of high and low furniture and decor but the overall look has an elevated feel. The sofa, chairs, bench, and rattan side tables are affordable options with the same high style as their costly counterparts.

Lucky for me, a Serena and Lily Outlet is just a few miles away and I was able to find a few perfect coastal pieces for the living room. Here you’ll see the coffee table, side table, and console table I found that complete the space.

Just before you head up the stairs, you’ll find a rattan console table with the cutest scalloped skirt styled with a mirror with similar curves – a perfect combination to get that beach house look.

While I didn’t get to choose the cabinets, backsplash, or flooring, I did add some pretty brass hardware to dress up the kitchen a little. It’s from my favorite source for hardware – Rejuvenation.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need during your stay. Whether you want to enjoy a coffee or make a full family meal, the gadgets and appliances you need will be there.

Between the dining table and the adjacent breakfast bar, there is enough seating for ten. The dining chairs were another Serena and Lily Outlet find but the counter stools are from Amazon. There is no discernible difference between them as far as quality or style.

This space is a coastal dream come true! I partnered with Pottery Barn to design these rooms and couldn’t be happier with the results. Both have coral print wallpaper as the backdrop and accents with the prettiest shade of blue.

The king-size bed is as cozy as it looks with layers of the softest and prettiest bedding. The bedroom has plenty of closet space, and the bathroom has a double sink vanity and spacious walk-in shower.

This suite has a balcony where you can relax with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail!

Bedroom#2: Twin Beds

One of the sweetest beach house bedrooms around! This room is furnished with the quintessential coastal cottage twin beds from Pottery Barn and delicate floral bedding I would have loved to have as a young girl.

This bedroom also sleeps three as one of the beds has a trundle that can be pulled out when needed. The mix of patterns and shades of blue are so pleasing and will surely make for the sweetest dreams.

This space has a nautical style with navy blue and green accents and sleeps three! The bottom bunk has a trundle that can be pulled out if needed and the coordinating dresser provides plenty of extra storage space for all three guests.

This bedroom is situated on the main floor and has easy access to the kitchen and living rooms. It features a single queen bed with nightstands on either side. This bedroom can certainly be described as serene – with a pale blue bed and elegant details on the bedding. The perfect place for a peaceful night of sleep or an escape from the summer heat.

Both the main level and upper levels feature a full bathroom with walls covered in the prettiest Serena and Lily wallpaper. I can’t decide if I like the rattan mirror better with the pink or blue.

For Your Convenience

There are a few things you should know that will make your beach vacation a little better. One of the perks of this home is the private 3-car garage on the ground floor. No hunting for a parking space as you come and go!

What is a beach house without an assortment of beach gear? You’ll find a canopy, chairs, and beach towels ready to go! Put on your swimsuit, pack your snacks, and head down to the ocean.

Bathroom and bedroom linens are provided for all our guests. Not that you want to do laundry on vacation, but there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the utility room that you’ll have access to if needed.
